Group of classes that will make a journey through the history of jewellery using as a motto for each class a jewel that marked its time. The criteria for choosing each of these jewels will vary, ranging from jewels that are unique (such as a royal crown or a contemporary piece) to others that are relevant for exactly the opposite reason, that of being one among many equal or similar pieces (such as mass-produced jewelery in the early 20th century). In each session we will try to situate jewelery in its time and analyze its impact on everyday life, politics and history.
