In each drawing the stain acts as a prelude, making composition possible. Beyond the line and its structures it opens up a space for representation. Using techniques and materials such as India ink or charcoal, this workshop will deal with this potential of the stain in the creation of surfaces, in the revealing of an object and in the construction of spaces that render drawing possible.
